| A choreographed class, using a bench, that produces balanced muscle conditioning and gives a solid overall workout. A Workout designed for beginner steppers, using a slower pace.

Step placing the bench in a horizontal position. We recommend that participants be familiar with terms and movements. Music tempo is slightly faster, but never exceeds Reebok’s safety guidelines.

Also part of our 55+ program, this class is stretching and strength training done in a group setting. The instructor, who is present at all times to assist, develops all programs individually. Beginners of all ages welcome. Meets on the group fitness floor.
