Kickbox
This is a Great Workout!  Keeps heart rate up during entire class.  Instructor will put you through series of kicks and punches to improve your core and balance. Meets on the group fitness floor.

Step  

A choreographed class, using a bench, that produces balanced muscle conditioning and gives a solid overall workout.  A Workout designed for beginner steppers, using a slower pace.

Step Fit  
Step placing the bench in a  horizontal position. We recommend that participants be familiar with terms and movements.  Music tempo is slightly faster, but never exceeds Reebok’s safety guidelines.

Step and Slide  

Use of a vertical step and the Reebok Slide.  Utilize your larger muscle groups while maintaining a challenging heart rate.

Double Step  

Intermediate/Advanced aerobic exercise.  Like Step, but with the use of an extra bench to your right or left.  Combinations involve movements over both your right and left benches.

Muscle  

Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced strength training.  A “head to toe” muscle conditioning/strengthening class with the use of barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.

Breakdown Upper Body  

A muscle class with a focus on the upperbody muscle groups.

CorePower  
Muscle class that focuses on pushups, hovers, and mountain climbs.

CardioMuscle  
Muscle class that works the upper body  muscle groups by using hand weights while stepping, lunging, and squatting.

B B & B  

A muscle class that utilizes the use of bands, balls and bars to condition and strengthen.

Muscle Pump

A class that is designed for all levels.  This total head to toe strength and cardio  Workout utilizes the bar and disc system.  This class tones and conditions muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.  All of the above classes meet on the group fitness floor.

Easy Moves

These low impact floor moves are designed especially for our aging population or beginning exercisers.  Meets on the group fitness floor.

Senior Stretch & Strength

Also part of our 55+ program, this class is stretching and strength training done in a group setting.  The instructor, who is present at all times to assist, develops all programs individually.   Beginners of all ages welcome.  Meets on the group fitness floor.

Jr, Fitness

Grown ups shouldn’t have all the fun.  Ages 7-12 can enjoy stretching and strength moves while having fun doing so.  This class will help with coordination, body awareness, and flexibility.  Non-Members pay a  $5 fee.  Meets on the group fitness floor.

Spinning

Enjoy the outdoor sport of cycling indoors in a group fitness format.  The instructor takes the class through intervals comprised of standing and seated climbs, sprints, tempos, etc.  Please bring your own FM radio/headset to hear instructor.  Meets in cycle area.

Cycle I

Learn all the drills and resistance levels used in spinning classes working at your own pace. Please bring your own FM radio/headset to hear music and instructor.  Meets in cycle area.

A high-energy cardiovascular workout using various performance levels and speeds.  Please bring your own FM radio/headset to hear music and instructor.  Meets in cycle area.

Yoga

Your traditional Hatha Yoga. Meets down the steps in studio A

Vinyasa Yoga I

A style of Hatha Yoga that focuses on linking one pose to the next.  We will synchronize our breath to the asanas (yoga postures).  This is class is suitable for beginners.   The last part of class will be spent in deep relaxation.   Meets down the steps in studio A.

Vinyasa Yoga II

Same as above but poses are more vigourous and move at a faster past.  Meets down the steps in studio A.

Power Yoga

This athletic style of classic and modern yoga builds strength, flexibility and concentration and emphasizes a progressive series of postures commonly synchronized with breath.  This class is ideal for those individuals who wish to condition both the body and mind.  Meets down the steps in studio A.
