Cancellations: To ensure appointments when you need them and for others, we require at least a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation or change: otherwise, we must charge for the amount of the service. However, for any of our Spa Gift Packages, wedding packages, or other special packages, we require a 30 day notice of cancellation or rebooking. For notification of less than 30 days, there will be a 100% charge for the package if the service times are unable to be filled by other clients.

Our Service Guarantee: We guarantee you will be satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know promptly and we will correct it to your satisfaction.

Arrival: To make the most of your spa services, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows for a relaxing pace to check-in, change clothing and even visit the steam sauna. We want your time with us to be refreshing, as you leave the hustle and bustle of the day behind.

Children: Studio B is a place to relax and experience the ultimate in services. For your comfort, and the comfort of others around you, we ask that children be in the salon only if they are receiving services. Feel free to enroll them in Kid’s Court just down the hall for your appointment at a discounted rate.  Thank you for your understanding.

Teamwork: Our business success is built around teamwork and a unique salon approach of professionals who are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate experience. We invite you to try any of our experienced staff members. If you feel you would be better served by another staff member, or would just like a fresh viewpoint, please let us know and we can suggest the best person for you. We encourage you to get to know all of our staff members so you can book appointments around your time schedule rather than ours. That's what our business success is built upon, and we hope you will take advantage of our unique concept.

Fringe Trim For Women: Fringe trims are done at no charge within 21 days of your last haircut.

Complimentary Neckline Trim For Men : Just return within two weeks(14 days) of your haircut, and we'll keep you looking sharp between your cuts at no charge.
